18U Mystics: 2015 and 2014 USSSA 3rd place at Nationals! 2012 ASA and NSA Illinois State Champions!!!! 16U Mystics: 2013 NSA “A” State Runners-Up! 2012 (and 2011, "back-to-back") NSA Illinois State Champions!!!! 2015, placed 5th in the ASA/ USA Softball Class "A" Nationals in Michigan and were the last team standing from the entire state of Illinois! 2016 Pool winners in the "Elite Division" of the Colorado Firecracker Invitational. 14U Mystics: 2014 ASA State Champions! 2011 NSA State 3rd Place! 12U Mystics: 2014 ASA State Champions! 2012 (and 2011, "back-to-back") Illinois State Runners-Up!!!! 10U Mystics, 2012 ASA Illinois State 3rd Place!!!!
12U: tryouts on - 7/29 6-7:30 PM and 7/30 9:30-11AM at Birchwood Park in Morton. To be eligible for 12U , you must be 12 years old or younger on 1/1/2017. The Mystics will play a highly competitive schedule in 2017, participating in several weekend tournaments (some overnight travel may also be required). 14U: tryouts on - 7/25 6-8 and 7/27 6-8 at Birchwood Park in Morton. To be eligible for 14U , you must be 14 years old or younger on 1/1/2017. The Mystics will play a highly competitive schedule in 2017, participating in several weekend tournaments (some overnight travel may also be required). Congratulations to the 16U-A Morton Mystics! Our girls won the East Side Halloween Bash Championship! After falling to Team Championship Fitness in pool play; our girls never looked back posting wins over Pekin (14-1); Mid Illini Mayhem (2-1); Team Adrenaline (Champaign) (6-0). They avenged the only loss on the weekend with a 9-3 win over Team Champion Fitness in the Championship! Congratulations to the 16U-A Morton Mystics! Our girls placed 5th in the ASA Class "A" nationals and were the last team standing from the entire state of Illinois. As a reminder, we are hosting tryouts for our next team Sun 8/16 @ 3PM at Birchwood Park in Morton. Please contact Kevin Opel @ 309-231-6229 a.opel@comcast.net for details. We are looking for elite players at all positions that would like to gain exposure in several high profile events. Congratulations to the recently selected coaches for our '15-'16 Mystics teams! These teams compete at a high level and have won many State championships over the past 6 years as well as three 3rd place showings, and a 6th place showing at Nationals.
